2. Your account

• You must provide a valid e-mail address and keep your credentials and API keys confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Revoke a key immediately if you suspect it leaked.
• One person or organisation may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.

3. Plans, payments and renewals

• Paid plans are offered as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time prepayment for a fixed period, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• One-time prepayments do not renew. When the prepaid period ends, the account returns to the Free plan.
• Plan changes during a subscription period are prorated and charged or credited immediately.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT where applicable; VAT is added according to the applicable law.
• Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Usage limits and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly request quota and a per-second rate limit. Requests above these limits are rejected until the next period or an upgrade. You must not attempt to bypass limits, resell raw data as a competing rate feed, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.

5. Data accuracy

Rates are obtained from third-party market-data providers and are provided for information purposes. Every rate states its timestamp and freshness. Excoin s.r.o. does not guarantee that rates are complete, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose, including trading or settlement, and is not a financial advisor.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless agreed in a separate Enterprise agreement. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where reasonably possible.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Excoin s.r.o. for any claims related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonably possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
